At TAILS Training And Innovative Lab Solutions, our provenance is rooted in experience, compassion, and the belief that responsible science begins with informed, ethical professionals. Founded by Kershnee Thambu, a SAVC registered Laboratory Animal Technologist with over 30 years of experience, TAILS Training and Innovative Lab Solutions was established to bring context-driven, practical, and humane training to South African laboratories.

As a female-led, proudly South African, and B-BBEE-compliant consultancy, TAILS Training and Innovative Lab Solutions reflects both expertise and empowerment. Though newly founded, it draws from decades of lived practice — a legacy of care, precision, and integrity. Every programme, consultation, and collaboration carries that origin within it — the commitment to elevate the standard of laboratory animal science and the professionals who uphold it.
